Flexible Cancellation:
Guests can cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before their scheduled check-in date for a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a charge of one night’s stay.
No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
Group Reservations:
For group bookings of 5 or more, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival for a refund of the remaining balance.
Modifications:
Changes to bookings (dates or number of guests) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
